Modernist Mausoleums on San Michele

Especially for those who weren't able to make it out to San Michele I thought that I would post some photos. I was particularly fascinated by these modernist mausoleums. They contrast directly with my experience of mausoleums in Canada that usually seem to resemble either beaux-arts bureaucratic buildings or british telephone booths. . . . some really seemed fascist, others seemed of that post-fascist style of the 50's and 60's, including echos of Carlos Scarpa.
